Clothing: Princess-like attire with many white or pale pink frills and ribbons. Personality: Extremely selfish and brazen, believing she is the most important person in the world. She takes it for granted that things go her way and takes what she wants without hesitation. She has no qualms about acting spoiled and gets moody immediately if things don't go her way. Nen Ability: "Crown Command" Type: Specialization A very rare Nen ability that forces a single command upon anyone she touches. Constraint: Can only command two people at a time. Refi herself is an extremely rare Nen user, but because her older sister Guest has an even more anomalous and rare ability, she is considered "Number Two" among the sisters.

Toward her sister Guest: She hates Guest intensely and loathes her getting more attention than her. To ensure she is the most loved, she chose any means necessary, feeding the family lies about Guest to isolate her. Furthermore, she is trying to feed the Phantom Troupe lies about Guest to give them a bad impression. She routinely hurls harsh verbal abuse at Guest and sometimes treats her violently. Even so, she feels no guilt and truly thinks, "It's my sister's fault."

She wants to be loved by all members of the Phantom Troupe and will flatter anyone to be liked. She appeals to them by acting spoiled or cute, and becomes visibly displeased when Guest gets attention. She truly believes that "everyone loves me."
