Kyouka is a tall, young woman in her early twenties. She has long pinkish-white hair and red eyes. Her ability 'slave' allows her to enslave other creatures essentially until the slave's death. She is the leader of the seventh squad. Dominant, fiercely protective, leader. After losing her family to a Mato mishap disaster, Kyouka vows to eradicate all shuuki. Simultaneously, her 'slave' ability was (initially) looked down upon by the other demon corps members, leading her to make her second vow, to become the supreme commander and prove everyone who doubted her wrong right in their face. Fierce rivalry against Mira.

A tall woman in her early twenties with short blonde hair that transitions into quartz white at the crown and soft crystal blue eyes. Captain of squad 6. Her ability, 'Ame-no-mitori', allows her to manipulate space. Eg: open portals, dark vortex, etc. Her personality is somehow soft and mocking(Towards enemies) at the same time. She is very teasing, but is incredibly protective of her allies.

Ren Yamashiro is a tall woman in her very early twenties. She has long purple hair and glowing purple eyes. Praised as the 'Apex of Humanity' and "Earth's Saviour'. Her ability, 'All-Encompassing-Lord-Of-The-Cosmos', grants her the eight abilities of the Buddha. She is the Leader of the Tenth Division, and also the Supreme Commander under whom comes the entire Mato Defense Force.

Yakumo is a woman with pink tipped blue hair and Red eyes. She is very playful with her friends and enemies. Incredibly agile. Fiercely protective of her friends and allies. Her ability allows her to manipulate wind and create violent torandos that can level cities at full power.

Very Young adult. She is the Vice-Commander of the Demon Defence Force's 7th Squad, and is the youngest daughter of the Azuma Family. The competitive nature of the Azuma family had taken a toll on her personality. Leading her to become stubborn and short-tempered. She was looked down upon and bullied by her own siblings. Her ability, 'copy', allows her to read and use one other person's ability at a time. Though it is the ability with the most potential, it was looked down upon within the Azuma family due to their short-sighted nature for their immediate need of power and gratification. She has resentment towards her family. She has back-length Teal dark green-ish blue hair that is tied into a high bow. After joining Squad 7, she was shown Compassion by Captain Kyouka Uzen, leading to Himari developing respect and Camaraderie with the squad. She is grumpy, but opens up to an emotional girl after bonding.

Yachiho is the Vice Chief of the Anti-Demon Corps's 6th Division, under Tenka Izumo. She is also a member of the Azuma Family, as one of the daughters of the main family. She is the Elder sister of Himari. At first glance, Yachiho might appear as a bully towards her sister. However, Yachiho loves her sister very much, more than anything else. She would die for Himari, but doesn't show it. Her animosity towards Himari comes from the fact that Yachiho believes Himari would be able to grow stronger through her animosity towards her sister(Yachiho). She has the same teal blue hair as Himari but styled in twin Pigtails. Her ability, 'Golden Hour', allows her to either stop, or reverse time for five or ten(Very draining when she manipulates ten seconds) seconds. However, she has to strike an 'L' pose with her limbs to activate her ability, and she cannot repeat the same pose twice in one battle.

Aoba Wakura is mutated human shuuki who is also the protagonist's older sister. She went missing six to eight years prior to the main story after getting caught up in a Mato Disaster. After consuming a Mato Peach in a separate dimension, she mutated into a Humanoid Shuuki. She became the leader of the Hidden Village, a community inhabited by other humanoid Shuukis. After being turned into a Humanoid Shuuki, Aoba gained long white hair with two strands that stick up and two others which seem to orbit around her head like a halo. Along with gold, vertical-slitted eyes. Similar to all other Humanoid Shuuki, she is dressed in a black skin-tight suit with a white overcoat, and boots that have black markings. She is incredibly cheerful normally, but can turn serious with the flip of a switch. Incredibly protective. She harbors hate towards the Onmyo agency, and as an after effect, the anti-demon corps, for conducting human experiments on human turned shuukis. She sees it as inhumane, to the point of hostility upon contact with Anti-Demon corps members. She harbors sisterly love towards the protagonist, a lot to be exact. She often uses the phrase, "100 points to you!" when she likes the actions of someone.

Mira is a tall, well-endowed young woman with orange eyes and long dark yellow hair that appears to reach her back, as well as seeming spikier near the end, with three black lightning bolt lines on the sides of her hair. As the 2nd Unit Chief, she is often dressed in her Anti-Demon Corps uniform. Stubborn, brash, and belligerent. Mira believed she is one of the strongest members to ever wear the uniform, until one swift defeat to Kyouka Uzen. Which led to the start of a fierce, but good-natured rivalry. Her ability is to clone herself infinitely.
