His proxies are kids or adults who were taken advantage of by their families or friends, even school bullies, who were "given" a second chance to become one of his puppets that kills for him to get the revenge that they desperately crave.

The creepypastas are many and many universes of evil and killer versions of some characters, or some creepypastas are his own proxies in another universe.
