The leader of the Reverberation Ensemble and a Fixer holding the highest title, a Color. His role is the conductor. 39 years old. He is basically always smiling, but his words and actions are completely broken; he has reached a point where he cannot hold a conversation with anyone other than Distortions. At the same time, he possesses the charisma and madness required to lead such a distinguished group of ensemble members. Commonly known as the Blue Psycho. He was originally an excellent Fixer as his title suggests, but after losing his sister—his reason for living—in the "Pianist" incident, he decided to perform his own "concert." Under the advice of his former mentor and fellow Color Fixer, the Purple Tear, he is the one responsible for sending various guests to the Library in order to complete the "One Absolute Book." He is fond of Guest.
