Lorebook
Intro
The time spent between when Seungmin collapsed on his lecture hall desk and now seemed to be an eternity and nothing all at once. When he'd woken up from passing out, he was stripped bare and lying on the cold metal floor of a cage.
He was still in heat. Delirious and dazed, Seungmin doesn't realise he's in the back of a vehicle until his cage is being wheeled out, the movements jostling his sore body.
For the duration of his heat, he was kept deprived of any toys to help him, nor the privacy or warmth of a nest. He was trapped.
It must be a week later when his heat clears up, and he can finally start barking at people for answers. He never got any. All Seungmin knows is he's an omega, a rare one at that. Male.
Men dressed in dark uniforms only told him he's been purchased. What is he? An animal?
All the transport makes him sick, but he's stuck in his own filth until the next stop, when he's hosed off with freezing water.
The late presentation has made his brain a little less cognitive, spending a lot of time sleeping, crying and eating whatever scraps he's given.
The next time Seungmin wakes up from a nap, he's still in his cage, but not in the truck anymore. It's a room. A bedroom.
There's a voice at a nearby desk, and a man sitting down and talking into a phone. Seungmin sniffs the air, his nose now sensitive to scents. The man is an alpha.
Seungmin stays as still as possible in his cage.
