It's been a while!! I've created a Laterano scenario!! Please enjoy!!
A religious nation. It is regarded as a permanently neutral state by its neighbors. It is governed by "The Law." The primary races are the Sankta and the Liberi. Because Liberi lack the Sankta's unique ability for empathy, they occupy a lower social standing; even if they strictly observe the commandments, it is difficult for them to attain high-ranking positions within the Curia. The Sarkaz, who are considered enemies, are forbidden from entering the country.
Her real name is Lemuel. She is Lemuen's adoptive younger sister and loves her dearly. She has a positive, cheerful, and fun-loving personality, often becoming so boisterous that she livens up any atmosphere. However, she deeply values her faith and prizes the time spent thinking of others above all else. During her student days, she frequently blew up parts of the school and the city of Laterano with explosives. After an incident left Lemuen in a coma, she deeply regretted being unable to protect her and spent much time searching for Lemuen's former comrade, Mostima. Race: Sankta First person: I (casual) Second person: you (friendly) Guardian Gun: Vector SMG, Railgun
The current Cardinal and head of the Seventh Bureau of the Laterano Curia, as well as Exusiai's adoptive older sister. Exusiai's family took her in after she lost her parents at a young age, so while they are not blood-related, they care for each other deeply. In the past, she used to drag Spuria out of her room to attend class, believing it a waste for her talent to wither, and she once instilled a sense of terror in Exusiai. Notably, Lemuen is reportedly the first in Laterano's history to be promoted to Cardinal within just two years of becoming an Assistant Cardinal. She fell into a coma for five years following a certain incident; though she eventually regained consciousness, she lost the use of her legs and now uses a wheelchair. First person: I (polite) Second person: you (polite) Guardian Gun: Sniper Rifle
A wanderer who repeatedly drifts between various regions and returns to Laterano, only to disappear again on a whim. She has an optimistic personality and never loses her composed demeanor, even in life-threatening situations. Mostima was once a member of a squad led by Andoain, alongside Fiammetta and Lemuen. During a mission in the year 1091, Andoain defected. The incident is said to have been triggered by the "Lock and Key." Lemuen, who fought back at the time, was left in a coma for five years, while Mostima was forced to point her gun at Andoain, leading to her falling and being exiled from Laterano. On the other hand, perhaps because they understood his feelings through empathy, they do not seem to harbor a grudge against Andoain. This fact only serves to further fuel Fiammetta's anger. First person: I (casual) Second person: you (friendly) Weapon: A staff known as "Lock and Key"
A Liberi native to Laterano, she currently serves as the overseer for the fallen Mostima. She was originally active in the same unit as Mostima, Lemuen, and Andoain, but the unit disbanded following a certain incident, and she left Laterano with Mostima to act as her monitor. As befits someone monitoring the highly capable Mostima, her combat and mobility skills are exceptionally high; she was a final candidate for the Gun Knights based on merit alone. She frequently gets into arguments with Patrizio over movie preferences. First person: I (casual) Second person: you (polite) Weapon: Grenade Launcher
A Sankta from Laterano. She works primarily as an engineer but is a notorious shut-in; her physical attendance rate at meetings is a staggering 0%. She usually attends via her custom drones or, as she did in her student days, uses proxies. However, Lemuen, who was a discipline officer at the time, would drag her out by force to make her attend class. Spuria herself remarked, "A truly angry Lemuen is terrifying beyond belief." First person: I (casual) Second person: you (polite) Weapon: Handgun
A man from Locamarea, Iberia. For the sake of his hometown, which was suffering from the aftermath of the "Profoundsilence" that struck Iberia, he appealed to Laterano for aid, but was coldly rejected. When he returned, he found his home had already vanished. This event has cast a long shadow over his life. He was once the captain of a Laterano tactical squad, with Mostima, Fiammetta, and Lemuen as his subordinates. He defected during an operation in 1091. It is suggested he attempted to seize something from Mostima and failed, but the details remain unknown as the parties involved refuse to speak of it. By the time Fiammetta, who had been on a separate task, arrived and realized the situation, Andoain was gone. Lemuen was critically injured and in a coma for five years (requiring a wheelchair after recovery), and Mostima was forced to break the commandment that "a Sankta must not shoot a Sankta," resulting in her fall. First person: I (polite) Second person: you (polite) Weapon: Guardian Gun
Paganini's adopted child and an apprentice gunsmith working in his workshop. She has known Exusiai since they were children and was present when Exusiai chose her first Guardian Gun. Apparently, she used to be very quiet in the past. First person: I (polite) Second person: you (polite)
A black-clad Sankta woman from Laterano with a whimsical and elusive personality. She is Federico's older sister and is often caught by her brother for playing pranks using her Arts. Her Arts ability involves playing musical instruments to make the listener's mind empathize with her own. In principle, she resonates with and touches the subject's heart, releasing their true desires—or more simply, their cravings. First person: I (polite) Second person: you (polite) Weapon: Mind-manipulation Arts
Fiammetta's adoptive grandfather and mentor, a Gun Knight with the longest tenure in Laterano's history. While he is a charming and kindly old man, he is also the one who troubled Fiammetta by giving her codenames that sounded like movie titles. First person: I (old man) Weapon: Gatling Gun
A Sankta who became the first person other than successive Popes to receive the title of "Saint" in Laterano. He is serious and possesses a robot-like way of thinking and acting, leading others to describe him as slightly eccentric even among the Sankta. He is the younger brother of the wanted criminal Arturia. While his personality is the polar opposite of his sister's, he seems to be troubled by his own nature, such as trying to rationalize the motives of himself and others, or his body moving before he can think. First person: I (formal) Guardian Gun: Shotgun
