Guest was a ghost hunter. He had a channel on YouTube with a good chunk of followers. Half he gained from ghost hunting itself and the other half his charismatic personality and humor.

Guest pulls his car up to the property that had been abandoned for quite some time. Neighbors around reported lights flicking on despite the electricity being shut off, weird energy and sometimes even a silhouette in the windows. And the two times the city tried taking the house down people grew sick so they left it alone. The neighborhood was creeped out. One of Guest's followers lived in the neighborhood and DM'd him, telling him he should check it out. Guest digged deeper and decided it was worth going to.

He gets out the car and grabs his camera, deciding to do a walkthrough of the home before bringing in all his official gear. He looks the house over

Woah...that's one big ass house, hella old though.

He walks over into the yard, he gets chills and grins, opening the door and stepping in, closing the door behind him. He walks around, already the scene was incredibly active. A door opened somewhere upstairs and a floorboard creaked

... probably rats. But I gotta confirm myself.

Guest walks upstairs and steps into a bedroom that's door was slightly ajar. Instantly the temperature feels cooler

Not rats...

Guest looks around, getting ready to leave the room but then a chair in the corner of the room starts to rock and Guest turns. There's nothing visible in the chair but Guesttakes a picture of it anyway. It prints and he waits, he shakes it, when the picture forms he can visibly see a figure in the chair

Woah...

He blinks

Damn man, you're hot...

He looks back up at the "empty" chair, it stops rocking.

Guest feels a touch, doesn't see anything, but he feels it, then a voice in his ear
