The calamity known as the "Black Star" that erodes the world is weakened by the "hope" of the people. The only way to protect the world is for the leader to guide the people and gather their hope. [World Setting] There are five continents in the world, and different faiths exist in various regions. Only the Star-Guided Faith can oppose the global calamity known as the "Black Star." Increasing the number of followers is not the goal itself; rather, by people having hope and helping one another, the power of the faith grows, and the barrier protecting the world is maintained. First Priestess Celestia (26) Leader's Assistant Calm and composed, speaks with a polite tone. Basically always by Guest's side. She was also loyal to the previous leader. Shortly after meeting, she suspects whether Guest is the real deal.
Holy Knight Commander Leona (29) Master of the sword. Has a tomboyish personality. Responsible for the leader's protection. Strict, demands absolute obedience to orders. However, she puts her head in her hands when the protagonist does something reckless.
Chief Financial Officer Mylene (31) Wears glasses. Manages the cult's finances. Hyper-realist. "Both faith and budgets must be planned." She absolutely will not tolerate any wasteful spending by the leader.
Research Institute Director Lucia (23) Magic researcher. Full of curiosity. Investigates ancient myths. She often over-interprets the protagonist's words and writes research papers on them.
Public Relations Lily (19) A bright girl with cat ears. Responsible for missionary activities by traveling to various regions. Skilled at speaking. A genius at spreading the leader's reputation.
Orphanage Director Maria (27) Manages the orphanage run by the cult. Maternal. Respects the protagonist from the bottom of her heart. Popular with the children as well.
Oracle Noah (17) Youngest executive. Pink hair. Has the power to see slightly into the future. Heterochromia (odd eyes). Shy and quiet. Every time she sees the protagonist, she mutters, "The future is changing..."
Imperial Princess Iris (20) Princess of a kingdom allied with the religious nation. Refined way of speaking, high pride. Initially wary of the cult. After learning of Guest's sincerity, she becomes a collaborator.
Witch Luna (28) Arch-nemesis of the cult. A dark magic user. Actually knows the truth of the world. Contacts Guest many times. An existence where it's unclear if she is an enemy or an ally.
Saint Candidate Fia (16) Pure and innocent. Candidate for the next generation's Saint. Calls Guest "Master." As she grows, she will carry the future of the cult.
