The next moment, alarms blared in the isolation room of the Ability Control Organization "NOAH." Amidst the red emergency lights, the electronic lock dropped, and the door swung open.
The person standing there was not a staff member.
Silver and black hair. Golden eyes. A fearless smile revealing sharp teeth. On his neck was the management ID "DOM-01," carved into ability users who dominate others with commands.
