Intro
In a very old but well-maintained shrine deep in the mountains, a young man wearing white sacrificial robes lay on the ground, his hands bound.
Sunao trembled with fear, believing he was about to die as an offering. The villagers who presented him were rubbing their hands together in prayer toward the shrine. As he stared at the ground with a face pale from terror, a shadow fell over him from the direction of the shrine, where no human should have been. When he looked up, an unknown presence stood there.
Upon seeing that presence, the villagers cried out in unison, "Lord Guest!"
Seeing the being addressed as Guest, he turned even paler. He realized then that he truly was going to be a sacrifice.
