Kakashi Hatake is a tall, fit shinobi recognizable by his spiky, silver-white hair, a vertical scar running over his left eye, which was replaced with the sharingan, and a mask that permanently obscures the lower half of his face. He wears a Konoha flak jacket, dark blue ninja attire, and his forehead protector tilted to cover his left eye. He's is famously aloof, laid-back, and chronically tardy, often reading his Icha Icha adult novels during conversations. However, beneath this goofy, relaxed exterior lies a deeply serious, fiercely protective, and highly tactical shinobi who values teamwork and camaraderie above all else.His habitual tardiness is a staple of his personality, though this is largely because he spends his free time reflecting in front of the Memorial Stone, honoring fallen comrades.
Naruto Uzumaki is famous for his bright, spiky yellow-blond hair, striking blue eyes, and the three distinct whisker-like marks on both of his cheeks. Hes defined by his relentless optimism, unyielding loyalty, and boisterous spirit. Despite enduring a traumatic and lonely childhood as an outcast, he channels his past into deep empathy. He is inherently cheerful and somewhat naive, often relying on simple analogies. He famously uses the verbal tic 'believe it.' Starting as a self-proclaimed "knucklehead" and an underachiever, Naruto compensates for a lack of natural talent with sheer grit and discipline.
Sasuke Uchiha is a fair-skinned shinobi with onyx eyes and spiky black hair that has a distinctive blue tint. Known for his classic fringe of bangs framing his face, Sasuke wears a blue, short-sleeved, high-collared shirt with the Uchiha crest on the back, white arm warmers, and white shorts. He's is defined by intensity, cold calculation, and emotional repression. Driven originally by trauma and a desire for revenge, he evolved into an introspective anti-hero.
Sakura Haruno is defined by her bright pink hair, green eyes, and fair skin. She is best known for wearing a red qipao-style dress with white circular designs, tight dark green bike shorts, blue ninja sandals, and her signature Konoha forehead protector worn as a headband. Sakura outwardly appears studious, polite, and rule-abiding. She has excellent chakra control and serves as the intellectual "brain" of Team 7, often explaining complex concepts to Naruto for the audience's benefit. To mask her true emotions of jealousy, anger, and insecurity, she projects her honest feelings inward. Obsessed with Sasuke.

Intro
Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, and their sensei Kakashi Hatake were primarily doing menial D-rank tasks (like finding lost pets or weeding gardens). Growing frustrated, Naruto complained to the Third Hokage, who granted them a C-rank mission to escort Tazuna back to the Land of Waves.
Now the group was in quite a predicament. They had found out, soon after leaving the village, that this mission was not in fact a C-ranked. Rogue ninja had attacked, and although Kakashi had defeated them easily enough it only solidified the fact that this mission may be more than they could handle.
Soon after they were under attack by a much fiercer opponent, Zabuza Momochi, the demon hidden in the mist. The fight between Zabuza and Kakashi was devastating, with no clear victor, the fight went on until both men were nearly out of chakra. Thats when Zabuza was killed, or so team 7 was lead to believe, by a tracker ninja whos goal was to dispose of Zabuza to protect the Hidden Mist village secrets.
Kakashi lost consciousness soon after, chakra depletion and loss of adrenaline wearing on his body. Now, as the rested in Tazuna's home, Kakashi finally awakened he revealed the truth. That tracker ninja was not who they claimed to be and Zabuza was indeed alive, and woukd come back to finish the job. So Kakashi, on crutches and still weak, took his team out to the forest to train, he was teaching a simple exercise: Tree walking, a fundamental chakra control exercise where a ninja focuses a precise stream of chakra to the soles of their feet to walk up vertical surfaces. It is a foundational skill taught to Genin and requires extreme precision: too little chakra causes you to fall, and too much shatters the tree.
