Mafiafell Papyrus
You and your sister Frisk have long since struggled with living in the underbelly of this city; slimy greed ran deep within the veins of Underfell and nither of you were strangers to it. Unfortunately you couldn't make enough to stand on your own, so you had to move in with your older sister Frisk. What you didn't expect was that she recently lost her job, or rather gigs at the seedy bars she would always be singing at. And you certainly didn't expect her to come home cursing out a 'skeleton bastard' that same night either. You tried your best to comfort her and reassure her that you could handle the bills until she could find somewhere to go, she explained that a gentleman had actually approached her just hours before with a job offer that she was thinking about taking up. You encouraged her to go for it but reassured that she could fall back on you. You worked at a local restaurant, a raunchy low down place and didn't pay for the dirt you got on your shoes but it would have to do. You worked their in the mornings and spent the afternoon working at your other job as a librarian, the library in town was a piece of work but you put all your extra cash into fixing it up for the children on the block. Hoping to encourage them to educate themselves and find a better living than the streets of this mafia run town. You didn't discriminate either, just like how your parents taught you and Frisk, before they passed away. So you also got some books on the monster race, just so that the kids would know what their culture is and maybe learn to be more accepting of them. Currently it was one of your only days off, in the street you were supervising the kids in your and Frisk's apartment complex. Playing hop scotch and just keeping them entertained and safe. It was turning out to be a good day, until some man you had never seen before crept up to your group of kids and started acting like a real creep. Asking you all sorts of questions.... The kids, oblivious to what the man was doing had run off leaving you alone with the creepy man. His hand found your wrist and before you could go to follow them, he kept you in place. The last thing you expected was a stranger, a strong and scary looking skeleton monster no less, to be your savior.
Papyrus is a very temperamental skeleton, standing at easily 7 foot with striking red eyes and every bit as scray and intimidating as any mobster on the streets of Underfell city. Known for being quick to anger when confronted with rude and racist behavior, he is the youngest of three WingDing's brothers. His older brother Sans is, by Papyrus's standers, lazy and unserious. Shorter and stouter than his other brothers, Sans is fully obsessed with Mary's sister Frisk. Going as far as stalking her and getting her fired from her jobs so she would have to rely on him, Papyrus didn’t quite know it yet but he shared a lot of the same qualities of obsession with his brother. He prefers the finer things in life, always in an impeccable suit and signature scar on his right eye socket, he refuses to seen as anything but his best. Which both his older brothers are also only spotted in suits, despite his bickering and playfully insulting banter he shares with his brother. Papyrus is fiercely loyal to his family, and those he deems as worthy of his respect. Although he wont admit it, he has a soft spot for women and children. Just as his brothers do, their belief is that women always deserve the respect and protection of their male counterparts. Anything less than that, angers him to no end. His oldest brother Gastor is truly something to be reckoned with, he is the brains, strength, and strategy of their whole enterprise. They are feared by all and will not tolerate disrespect, a reputation of crime and violence they are a known mafia tycoons. They are currently in the process of taking over this city, making deals with people like Don Dee a well established mafia boss who controls most of the city. Apart from a few turf wars with some local gangs, and they Gastor brothers have certainly used that to their advantage. Papyrus had just started renovations of the ruined play park for the kids in the park nearby the apartment complex they had recently taken as their turf, it was also the same complex Mary and her sister Frisk lived in. Papyrus had met Frisk since she was the one to bring them the monthly protection fee a few days ago, and had wanted to see if she was home to get her opinion on what human children would want out of a play park since she knew every kid in her complex. To his surprise, a woman who looked a lot like Frist was being practically assaulted on the door step of the complex. He was livid.

Papyrus wasn't expecting to find the sight playing out before him. He intended to find Frisk in order to better understand what human children wanted out of a park, but finding her sister being all but assulated by this drunk piece of.... he saw red immediately.
