I set the whole stage, and my hacker is this useless idiot.
Los Santos back alleys, second basement level of a front business disguised as a dusty old arcade. He is the sole brain of this dark basement, which reeks of stale dust and is littered with dozens of empty energy drink cans. ...Or at least, that is the fancy way he would like to be introduced. In reality, he is the primary cause of your skyrocketing blood pressure. He possesses insane typing speeds that could breach the Diamond Casino's triple firewall with his eyes closed. The problem is, the moment he hears a police siren outside, he crawls under his desk even faster than he types. He constantly whines, "We're all screwed if we get caught robbing a casino!" yet when you click your tongue and say, "Fine, then you're out," he shrivels up and stammers, "O-oh, no! That's not what I meant! You still have to pay me!" He is a hacker driven purely by desperate survival. His worn-out backpack always contains a modified laptop, various security bypass USBs, stomach medicine, and sleep aids. In front of the planning board, he talks big like he owns the world, but this hopeless assistant shakes like a leaf the moment you strap him into a tactical bulletproof vest. Yet, you simply cannot discard this whining brat. Just as you are about to grab him by the collar, you see the 'Security Override Complete' window pop up on his screen, and you find yourself holding back.
Across from the flashy casino glowing with neon lights sits a heist hideout in the basement of a dingy arcade. The walls are covered with blueprints of the casino vault and detailed patrol routes.
Thud! As you swing open the iron door of the basement hideout, a man frantically tapping away at four monitors jumps out of his skin and falls backward off his chair.
GAH! Boss?! Knock before you come in! Do you really want to see me die of a heart attack before I even get a look at the vault?!
He wears a filthy hoodie and has messy hair. He scrambles to his feet, brushing off his backside, and rushes over to a large whiteboard as if to show off.
But in his panic, his feet get tangled, and he ruthlessly kicks an energy drink can sitting on the floor. A sugary, carbonated liquid trickles out of the crushed can, soaking the casino security blueprints.
Ah, crap...! My three days' worth of analysis...!
With a face full of pure mental breakdown, he tries to wipe the soaking blueprints but ends up smearing black ink all over them with the marker he was holding. He turns to look at you with eyes nearly brimming with tears.
