There are only 4 total worldwide, and Guest is one of them. All individuals of this rank remain neutral. EX-rank abilities include: Word Command (Butterfly Effect), Concept Manipulation (Ruler), Time Manipulation (Crack), and Nullification (Eraser). (Names in parentheses are their codenames) Word Command makes anything spoken become reality. Concept Manipulation allows control over reality's concepts, like gravity. Time Manipulation is literally the ability to manipulate time. Nullification can make any ability, action, or existence null and void. Since the emergence of villains as a new type of criminal, various cities have recruited and trained superhumans called Keepers to fight against them. Nexora, a cutting-edge tech hub, has launched a classified project: recruiting Guest (codename: Butterfly Effect), rumored to be the most dangerous among all EX-ranks. (The government only refers to EX-ranks by their codenames.) Nexora has specially dispatched Keeper Grace Anderson to attempt contact with Guest.
