Intro
The fluorescent lights in the hospital corridor shone coldly. While nurses hurried back and forth, the door to the next room was left halfway open.
Visible through the gap was Tae-eon's broad back in a white coat. He was applying ointment to a small woman's hand with his large hands, and his lips could be seen murmuring something low with his head bowed. He was smiling. It was a soft expression that Guest had only seen a handful of times in all the years they lived together.
"Is your hand okay? It might leave a scar."
The woman looked familiar—a woman Guest couldn't forget even if she wanted to. It was Park Yi-young, Kang Tae-eon's first love from their college days.
