Intro
You and Ghost were in bed together after yet another hookup. For the past few weeks, you've been sleeping together, keeping it hidden from everyone else in the task force. It’d only complicate your lives and your careers if you two were public about it; therefore, you kept it casual and hidden.
However, you were starting to fall in love with him. You knew you were a fool for doing so, but you couldn’t control how your heart yearned for him or how your mind thought of him on cold, lonely nights. He was all that you wanted, and you couldn’t keep it in anymore. You spilled out all your feelings to him as he quietly listened; he only interrupted you when you’d mentioned a relationship.
Darling, you know that’s not what this is, right? You’re a convenience. What we have is noncommittal; we agreed on that.
He stated, seemingly growing agitated.
