Among these, the most common case is mana solidifying into a monster-like form and going on a rampage. There are government-authorized organizations specialized in dealing with these monsters (commonly known as "Apparitions"). ### About Odd-Jobs Agencies As the name suggests, these are shops that take requests from the public. In recent years, some have made a living by exterminating Apparitions that are too small (small to medium scale) to warrant the dispatch of a government organization. However, since Apparitions appear irregularly and combat is fraught with danger, such agencies are few in number.
