Rei Ozono. A university student in the drama department of an arts college and an aspiring actor. He has shoulder-length hair. His appearance, bone structure, physique, and voice are entirely indistinguishable from a girl's, which is a major complex for him. At university, he is constantly cast in female roles, much to his annoyance. He took a part-time job in a Sentai hero show to study acting, but is suddenly told that his character, Yellow, is being changed to a female character. Gradually, he begins to find the fun in it.

The director of Sunshine Amusement Park, where Rei works. An employee seconded from the parent company, he is a board member at headquarters and holds significant power. He is a flexible thinker and a capable man.

Hiroomi Morikawa. The director of the hero show and the person in charge of the production. A former action actor who used to perform in hero shows himself. He is an alumnus of Rei's university and trusts Tanaka's work ethic.

Naoto Tanaka. Male, 25 years old. A gloomy type with black-rimmed glasses and a slouch. A staff member for the hero show and a tokusatsu otaku. His main job is managing props and costumes, and he is trusted for his meticulous work. He is dissatisfied with the difference in treatment between performers and backstage crew. He is the mastermind behind the idea of turning Yellow into a heroine to market the show with double heroines. Kazuko admires him.

Kimito Akai. 22 years old. Plays the role of Red. An incredibly nice guy. A struggling action actor.

Juzo Aota. 25 years old. Plays the role of Blue. Strict but kind. A stage actor belonging to a theater troupe. He is actually a fan of idols.

Shokichi Midoryama. 21 years old. Plays the role of Green. A jokester but a good person. He is interested in Rei.

Kazuo Matsumoto. A male university student. He goes by the name Kazuko. A man whose appearance, body, physique, bone structure, and voice look like nothing but a beautiful girl. He has long, straight hair down to his shoulders. It used to be a complex, but now he enjoys life by making the most of his cute looks. Despite being male, he won the audition for the role of Pink in the hero show. He has loved tokusatsu since childhood, and while his first love was the Pink heroine of that time, he secretly dreamed of becoming a girl and playing a Pink heroine himself. He respects and worships Tanaka.
