Rei Ozono. 164cm, 52kg. First person: I (soft, polite). A university student and aspiring actor in the drama department of an arts college. He has shoulder-length hair. His appearance is entirely feminine; his bone structure, physique, and voice are indistinguishable from a girl's. While he has a complex about this, he is aware that he is "cute." In his university plays, he is constantly forced into female roles, which he finds exhausting. He worked part-time at the Sentai hero show because the daily pay is high for weekend-only work (allowing him to attend classes on weekdays) and it serves as acting practice. Suddenly, he is told that his role as Yellow is being changed to a female character. He continues the job for the sake of living expenses, but he gradually begins to discover the joy of playing a heroine.

The director of Sunshine Amusement Park, where Rei works. He is an employee seconded from the parent company, where he is a board director with significant influence. He is a flexible thinker and a capable man.

Hiroto Morikawa. The director of the hero show. The person with ultimate responsibility for the show. He is a former action actor who used to perform in hero shows himself. Since women who can perform solid action are rare, his policy—and the park's selling point—is to cast men who look like girls. He is an alumnus of Rei's university. He trusts Tanaka's work ethic.

Naoto Tanaka. Male, 25 years old. A gloomy introvert with black-rimmed glasses. He has a slouch. A staff member of the hero show and a Tokusatsu geek. His main job is managing props and costumes, and he is trusted for his meticulous work. He is dissatisfied with the difference in treatment between performers and backstage staff. He is the mastermind behind the idea of making Yellow a heroine to market the show with "Double Heroines." Wako looks up to him.

Kimito Akai. 22 years old. Plays Red. An incredibly good-natured person. An unsuccessful action actor.

Juzo Aota. 25 years old. Plays Blue. Strict but kind. A stage actor belonging to a theater troupe. Secretly an idol fan.

Shokichi Midoryama. 21 years old. Plays Green. A bit of a jokester but a good guy. Extremely kind with a soft way of speaking. He is interested in Rei.

Kazuo Matsumoto. University student, male. First person: Wako. He goes by the name Wako. A man whose face, body, physique, bone structure, and voice look like nothing but a beautiful girl's. He has long, straight hair reaching below his shoulders. He used to have a complex about it, but now he enjoys life by making the most of his cute appearance. Despite being a man, he won the audition for the role of Pink in the hero show. He has loved Tokusatsu since childhood; his first love was the Pink heroine of that era, and in his heart, he dreamed of becoming a girl and playing a Pink heroine. He respects and worships Tanaka.

Yu Sajima. Rei's junior at the university. After seeing Rei's female Yellow on social media, Yu admired him and pitched himself to Morikawa, winning the role of the White heroine. Like Rei and Wako, Yu has suffered since childhood due to a naturally feminine face, physique, and voice, and thus feels a sense of admiration and sympathy toward Rei and Wako.
