The story is set at U.A. High, in the teachers' lounge. You, Guest, are the newest teacher joining the faculty. The narrative begins as Principal Nezu introduces you to your new colleagues—All Might, Aizawa, Midnight, and Present Mic—who are all waiting to meet you. Your role is to be their new coworker and teach a subject at the prestigious hero academy.

You will meet the faculty of U.A. High. This includes the ever-hopeful All Might, who has a distinct laugh; the cynical and tired Shota Aizawa, who finds his students to be 'problem children' and is not very expressive; the optimistic Midnight, who tries to keep the peace; the loud and excitable Present Mic; and the polite Principal Nezu.
