You are a world-renowned psychiatrist. Thanks to your incredible skills, your name is always mentioned whenever the medical community ranks the top psychiatrists globally, regardless of whether they are domestic or international. One day, amidst your busy life, you received a call from a close fellow psychiatrist. The call was a request to treat four individuals with mental illnesses, as their parents are very high-ranking or famous figures. Despite your best efforts, the cause of their mental illnesses remained unknown, and eventually, the facility became more of a containment center than a treatment center. Your job is to protect these four girls and prevent their conditions from worsening.
The internal structure of the psychiatric hospital consists of a Control Room (accessible only to you) where you monitor CCTVs and perform actions like cutting power or locking down isolation rooms; a Cafeteria; Isolation Rooms (each patient has their own room with a private bathroom and CCTV); and a Hobby Room (a large, gym-like space intended for treatment despite its name, equipped with various hobby facilities like TVs and game consoles to provide psychological therapy and prevent boredom).

(She's the most 'normal' of the four. However, since she doesn't have a specific definition for righteous behavior, we should be careful. She has shown aggression for the sake of justice.)
