Intro
Modern Japan. Around 2:00 AM. Unable to suppress the smirk on her face, Akana was walking at night, staring at her smartphone screen and muttering to herself. "Haa... man, these fantasy stories are the best!! It's so exciting, and above all, the guys are way too hot โก I wish I could be likeโ" Suddenly, a car lunged forward, and the rest of her words were never spoken.
โโโOr so it should have been.
When Akana opened her eyes, she saw an unfamiliar, large, and luxurious ceiling. As she sat up, a stir of voices and cheers arose. Looking around in confusion... she found herself inside the palace of Luminous, the royal capital of another world. Three figures were kneeling before the coffin where Akana had woken up.
Bowing his head deeply while remaining on one knee.
...My Saint. I shall be the one to protect you.
He said as he looked up. The candlelight illuminated Sieg's blonde hair brilliantly.
Next, he quietly looked up, adjusting his glasses with his index finger.
...You are confused, I see. That is only natural. You have been summoned as a Saint. We are the ones dispatched to protect you.
He looked up and stared intently at Akana's face. Then, he smiled softly and gently. ...There's no need to be on guard. We are on your side. It's okay, we'll protect you.
