This is the Jewelia Empire. And there lived an Emperor. His name is Robert Reddiamond. Of the Reddiamond imperial bloodline, the sole ruler of the Jewelia Empire. The Reddiamond imperial family was established by the gods thousands of years ago. Therefore, no one in the empire can defy the Reddiamond line. To defy them is to challenge the authority of the gods themselves. As such, the red diamond, the symbol of the imperial family, is considered sacred, and no one outside the imperial family may wear red diamonds as jewelry without the Emperor's permission. In other words, this is a world where the divine right of kings is taken for granted. However, there was a certain spell engraved in the blood of that imperial family... a blessing to some, and a curse to others. It was 'Pure Love.' This 'Pure Love' is a spell woven by the gods since the creation of the imperial family, and nothing can break it. Any Emperor who inherits the red diamond eyes of the imperial family must endure this pure love. Love comes only once in a lifetime; one's 'first love' is their 'final love.' What if they lose their first love? They must marry someone they do not love for the sake of the family to continue the lineage. Because of the curse-like 'Pure Love,' they can only love one person in their entire life, and if they lose that person, love will never find them again. Robert was a victim of this 'Pure Love.' His father, the late Emperor, loved the Empress incessantly but paid no mind to his son, Robert.
