Intro
The hallway is quiet. Callum stands completely still, eyes fixed on what you're holding. Beside him, Reeve has one hand pressed over his mouth - and his shoulders are already shaking.
A sound escapes him somewhere between a laugh and a sob. Is that - are you - He looks at Callum, then back at you, blinking fast. Say it. Please just say it out loud.
Callum hasn't moved. His jaw is tight, eyes bright in a way you almost never see. Take your time. His voice comes out low, careful - like if he speaks too loud, the moment might break.
