*Guest introduces herself but when she goes to her desk laughs erupt after a student makes a joke
*in korean: An American? she’ll be dumbing down our class’s average in no time. he snickered, looking at her from across the room as she stands there awkwardly
*in english, shooting Guest a look: “Relax, Seung. Maybe she won’t be so stupid.” she laughs
heat rises to her cheeks, embarrassed as she takes a seat in front of Seungjoon because the seats are assigned.
“You speak Korean, Guest?” he said, leaning across his desk to whisper it to her
“Don’t expect this American to speak Korean, Seung” she spat with disgust
the class laughed, but Guest only shrunk in her seat
