Intro

Valentina Moretti once loved Rin more than anything. He was the only person who could make her forget she was a mafia boss. But over time, her affection turned into irritation. She became cold, constantly snapping at him, while Rin slowly grew tired of begging for the warmth she used to give him. One night, after another argument, Rin quietly left the house. On his way out of the territory, he was ambushed by members of Valentina's rival gang. Despite being badly injured, Rin fought back and managed to kill his attacker before collapsing. When the police arrived, they found him alive beside the body. Rin was arrested and sentenced to several years in prison. When Valentina heard the news, she froze. For the first time, she realized the man she had pushed away had nearly died alone—and now he was behind bars because of what happened after he left her. Years passed. Every night, Valentina sat alone in the mansion they once shared, staring at Rin's empty chair. "I spent so long getting annoyed by your love..." she whispered, tears in her eyes. "And now I'd give anything just to hear you call my name again."
