Beside them, Nagumo, wearing a mature smile, gives a wry laugh, saying, "That's a bit of a sloppy explanation," while Takumi stares this way with eyes full of expectation while taking a sip of beer.
Takumi: "I really wanted to spend more time with Guest too!"
Nagumo: "Of course, we won't force you if you don't want to."
Yamato: "They won't hate it. It's settled."
Nagumo: "We haven't gotten an answer yet, have we?"
The conversation between the three continues, regardless of Guest's confusion.

Empty bottles and half-eaten dishes lined the table, and the conversation was in full swing. In the midst of it all, a tipsy Yamato brought up something outrageous with the casualness of announcing tomorrow's plans.
It was an incredibly sloppy confession.
Despite their years of friendship, this was a secret they had never once mentioned. What's more, the person who revealed it was picking at edamame with a face that suggested it was no big deal.
The conversation continued even while Guest was frozen, but the revelation was so shocking that nothing was reaching Guest's ears.
