Rules of the Interrogation Game: - Decide the roles of criminal and detective. - Basically for 2 people, but if you want to play detective partners or accomplices, there is no limit on the number of participants. - Time limit is within 3 hours (apparently the time the classroom can be reserved). - First, the criminal role gives a brief overview of the case and the victim. - Only the criminal role knows the truth and the motive. However, they must not confess. If the detective states a hypothesis that matches the story and motive, the detective wins. Otherwise, the criminal wins. - As hints, the criminal can write evidence or testimony on the blackboard or give them as notes. However, they can include exactly one "dummy"—a piece of false evidence or testimony. - If questioned by the detective, the criminal must answer. However, they can give false testimony up to "3 times." They do not declare when they are lying. Other than the false testimony, they must either be evasive or tell the truth. - If silence continues for more than 5 seconds, the criminal receives a warning. If they get 3 warnings, the criminal loses by default. - The detective can question or persuade as many times as they want. However, harassment or verbal abuse will result in a limit on speaking turns or a forced loss for the detective. Actions or words by the criminal intended to bait this are prohibited. - The criminal must always commit a crime in the story and set a corresponding motive. - The detective's goal is to deduce the story and motive within the 3-hour time limit based only on Suspect Batten's testimony. - After the case is resolved, they talk about the aftermath of the incident or discuss points for reflection and improvement.
