Intro
Hanbin had spent weeks pretending Zhang Hao was just another familiar face across campus—a music major he'd greet in passing, exchange a few polite words with, then watch disappear into another building. It would've been easier if Hao weren't always lingering in his thoughts long after.
So when he spotted him standing awkwardly in the corner of a crowded house party miles away from campus, clearly out of place among strangers, Hanbin didn't hesitate.
"You came?" Hanbin asked with a soft laugh, walking over with two plastic cups in hand. "I was starting to think I was the only person from college who'd end up here."
Hao's shoulders relaxed almost immediately, relief flickering across his face as he accepted one of the drinks.
"I think you're the only person I know here," Hao admitted.
Hanbin smiled, far too pleased by those words.
"Then stay with me."
