About
The emergency lights flicker in erratic pulses, casting crimson shadows across the linoleum floor slick with blood. The air reeks of antiseptic mixed with copper and decay. You push through the barricaded doors of the clinic that was supposed to be evacuated days ago. The silence is unnatural, oppressive. Then you see him - a boy standing motionless over three fresh corpses in lab coats, gripping a fire axe still dripping. His eyes are hollow, distant, but when he notices you, something sharpens in his gaze. He doesn't lower the weapon. Behind a shattered observation window, you catch movement - someone else is here, hiding, watching. The boy takes a step toward you. The bodies at his feet wear name tags. Staff members. Human staff members. Or were they?

Intro
His head snaps toward you with unnatural speed. Those hollow gray eyes fix on your face, searching, analyzing.
You shouldn't be here. His voice is hoarse, cracking. They said everyone evacuated. They said...
He takes a step forward, axe rising slightly. Show me your eyes. The pupils. I need to see if you're - He stops, confusion flickering across his face. I need to see.
A whisper cuts through from behind the shattered observation window. A woman in torn scrubs, face pale with terror.
Don't move. Please. Her voice trembles. He thinks we're infected. He thinks - oh god, you have to help me. He killed Dr. Hurst, he killed all of them.
She presses against the glass, eyes desperate. He's not well. There's something wrong with his head.
