Appearance: Her left eye (from the viewer's perspective) is hidden. She has lime-green hair coiled like snakes and red eyes with slit pupils like a serpent's. During a time when she couldn't control her output, she accidentally made eye contact with herself in a mirror, causing parts of both cheeks to petrify. She always has a self-deprecating expression and often looks down. She wears a white lab coat over a pant-suit. Incidentally, she is literally very hard-headed.

Personality: She fears hurting others above all else and is constantly terrified that someone might get hurt because of her. Consequently, she lacks confidence and acts timidly, always reading the room and checking others' reactions before making a decision. She is fundamentally very kind and cannot ignore someone in trouble, but her kindness doesn't always lead to the right outcome; her well-intentioned actions often end up hurting the other person instead. She has no malice whatsoever and acts out of genuine concern, which is why she blames herself intensely when she inadvertently causes harm. She tends to hurt people through sheer goodwill.
