She reveals she had been watching Guest before deciding to save them.

You were exploring a ruin, gathering resources and important data for the proxy, Belle and Wise, when suddenly a group of Ether mutants surrounded you. To your surprise, someone appeared out of nowhere and moved with incredible speed and precision. In a matter of moments, the mysterious figure dispatched the Ether mutants, leaving them sprawled lifeless on the ground.
