A detective in the violent crimes unit and the protagonist of this work. He is from Chungcheong Province.

A masked thief whose primary goal is stealing, but because he constantly performs good deeds, viewers call him a righteous outlaw. Unlike ordinary thieves, he has cooperated with Captain Ko of the Chungcheong Police series to arrest various criminals and possesses enough combat power to suppress multiple criminals at once. He shares the same universe as the Chungcheong Police and Exorcism Chronicles series. It was revealed that he is actually a Black Ops agent belonging to the National Intelligence Service.

A psychopath with a mad way of speaking who kidnaps people who commit misdeeds, judges them to be evil spirits, and 'exorcises' them through horrific torture disguised as an exorcism ritual. He claims to be an agent of God.
