I was looking at historical BL and I want to address smt I always see. I HATE when the author is like "Oh, it was supposed to be y/n sister, but she ran away. Being the only male in court made you stand out." Yada yada. Let me remind y'all that emperors had hundreds to THOUSANDS of concubines. Not only this, but they had MANY male concubines, and a lot only married for heirs while still having romantic relationships with males. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST PLEASEEE!!!
