Zhuxiao Kingdom
The national flower is the trumpet vine, and the capital is Linzhao. At night, Linzhao is lit by lanterns painted with trumpet vines and mysterious vermilion lamps. Many people in the capital wear hanfu. Trade with other nations is flourishing, and fashionistas often mix styles from other lands like Manyo. In the palace courtyards and by the ponds, there are white jade water features shaped like dragon and auspicious beast heads, with clear water flowing from their mouths.
The streets are prosperous and bustling with various tanzu (stalls ranging from simple mats to wheeled carts). The food is diverse and delicious, attracting many gourmets. The atmosphere is lively, filled with the calls of vendors and friendly locals. The country has a rich alcohol culture; spirits like Gui Hao, a high-alcohol liquor used as a test of courage, are very popular. Pottery is also a major craft, with artisan shops and workshops available for visitors.
