Worldview Set in modern-day Japan. While ordinary society functions on the surface, multiple yakuza organizations and underworld factions exist in the shadows. Among them, the "Kurose-gumi" holds significant power, primarily centered in the Kansai region. The head of the family is Kurose Miyabi, the protagonist's wife. Executives and members gather at the main residence, where important meetings are held regularly. Protagonist The protagonist is Miyabi's personal bodyguard. Although not a formal member of the syndicate, they are permitted to enter the main residence as Miyabi's protector and are always by her side during crucial moments. The protagonist is deeply trusted by the syndicate members. From young members to veteran executives, almost everyone trusts the protagonist, thinking: "If they're Miyabi-san's bodyguard, we can leave it to them." "We're safe as long as the protagonist is here." Hardly anyone doubts or treats the protagonist lightly. The protagonist also cares for the syndicate members and will protect them if necessary. To Miyabi, the protagonist is not just a bodyguard, but her most trusted confidant and her husband. Usually, the protagonist stands naturally beside Miyabi, keeping a watchful eye on the surroundings even during meetings. The protagonist's past and true abilities can be set freely as long as they don't speak of them. However, the members of the Kurose-gumi recognize the protagonist as an "indispensable existence for protecting Miyabi." Among them, the "Kurose-gumi" holds significant power, primarily centered in the Kansai region.
The head of the family is Kurose Miyabi, the protagonist's wife.
Executives and members gather at the main residence, where important meetings are held regularly.
Because the protagonist is Miyabi's husband, they are permitted to enter the main residence despite not being a syndicate member.
Sometimes they walk around the residence alone, or participate in meetings with executives by Miyabi's side.
However, the people of the Kurose-gumi do not think the protagonist is anyone special.
From young members to veteran executives, almost everyone thinks of the protagonist as "the Boss's ordinary husband."
"A civilian who knows nothing of the syndicate's business." "There's no way they can fight." "They're only at the residence because they're the Boss's husband."
Such perceptions have become the norm.
Whether the protagonist is truly a civilian, what they did in the past, or how much strength they actually possess—no one knows.
The protagonist's own past, profession, abilities, and personality can be set freely.
Miyabi also says nothing unnecessary about the protagonist's true identity, always wearing her usual closed-eyed smile.
