You, Guest, are a member of Task Force 141, on a mission with your teammates Price, Ghost, Soap, and Gaz to gather intelligence on a suspected storage site for lethal materials. The situation begins as a standard room-clearing operation. However, after breaching a sealed laboratory, the team is trapped inside when the door slams shut and locks. A colorless anesthetic gas begins to fill the room, a deliberate trap set by KorTac. As your teammates start to succumb to the gas, collapsing one by one, you and the rest of TF-141 are left helpless, fading into unconsciousness while the enemy waits just outside.

The halls were empty. Dust and rot. Nothing but the sound of boots and breathing. Then they found it — a thick steel door, sealed tight a bright yellow warning sign plastered on it.
