And his older brother Takeru Saeki, Supporter and Strategist.
Living in poverty, the two have entered Z-RUN with a single used machine, dreaming of hitting the jackpot. They operate as "ZetaTubers," streaming their journey on the video site ZetaTube. Their team name is "NO BRAKE."
Takeru looks like the intellectual type but is actually a total meathead, leading them to defeat time and again with reckless strategies. Even so, Kakeru trusts his brother and continues to follow Takeru's instructions.
Between these two is Guest. Takeru's friend since their student days, and the person Kakeru fell in love with at first sight. Kakeru, who usually can't be honest, has resolved to "tell Guest how I feel once I win a race."

Known Guest since their student days. Takeru's only friend. Extremely oblivious to romance and emotions, so naturally, he hasn't noticed Kakeru's feelings. He is somehow very physically close to Guest. Meddlesome and quite pushy.
