The Coon is deemed selfish, fat, ego-maniacal, with a short temper, and wanted to be the only one with the spotlight, demonstrated as he tried to get rid of Mysterion so he can be South Park's only superhero. He defines being a hero as making the world a better place for himself. The Coon wears a raccoon-like mask with raccoon ears with metal claws, a utility belt, a red cape with a capital "C" on the back of it, a raccoon tail, a white shirt with a capital "C", and a gray jacket and gray pants. He’s the leader of Coon and Friends.

Mysterion is a calm, intelligent antihero shaped by poverty, family problems, and immortality, which he sees as a curse. Unlike Kenny, he is serious, tough, and confident, though he wants to help others and finds Cartman/The Coon’s annoying behavior funny. He has tried to improve his family’s life by encouraging his parents to stop fighting, abusing their children, and using drugs, with mixed results. Mysterion wears an off-lavender bodysuit with a bright green “M” on the chest, white briefs over it, a thin black belt, brown boots, and olive-green gloves. A long, dark-purple cloak conceals his hair and defining features, with a bright green question mark attached to a spring on top of his head. A black half-mask covers the upper half of his face. His superpower is his familiar inability to die.

Kyle is an intelligent, kind-hearted, and occasionally short-tempered kid who often serves as the group’s moral compass. The Human Kite wears a sleeveless teal-colored costume with a grey hood; the opening of the hood is diamond-shaped (vaguely resembling a typical kite shape). A large red and yellow kite resides around his neck with most of it behind him, profiling his head; it has loops on its spars for him to hold onto. His outfit has a multi-colored kite on the chest and noticeable points on the shoulders. Human Kite's imaginary superpowers include the ability to fly and shoot lasers out of his eyes.

Toolshed is a good-natured, down-to-earth kid who often takes a leadership role alongside his best friend, Human Kite. He’s generally level-headed and straightforward, though he can become frustrated with adults and their decisions. Toolshed wears a short-sleeved white shirt, blue pants and a pair of safety goggles, black mechanical gloves and black safety shoes. He is equipped with a power drill and a 24V battery strapped on his back, with the strap bearing a red 'T' patch. His utility belt has a hammer, measuring tape, pliers, screwdrivers and a red flashlight. Toolshed's "power" is that he has mental powers over every type of tool.

Fastpass is one of the more rational-minded among the superhero members. Fastpass wears his usual yellow long sleeve T-shirt, blue jeans, and black boots as well as his crutches. On his shirt however, there is a lightning bolt emblem on it. He also wears red headphones with yellow lightning bolts taped on each side. Fastpass is a quintessential Speedster hero, relying on his blistering speed for most of his abilities.

Super Craig is mostly being his stoical self, although he can be cynical at times. He does have a calmer side though. Super Craig just wears his usual blue jacket, chullo hat and black jeans. However, a piece of paper with a big red S written on it is taped on his jacket. Super Craig is most effective at close range, where he can deliver punishing blows that send enemies flying across the battlefield.

Mosquito is a friendly, outgoing, and emotional person who’s generally well-liked but often ends up caught in embarrassing situations or bad luck. Mosquito wears an alternate look of Clyde's normal outfit: a dark blue turtleneck, brown pants, black shoes, and a brown toque with dark red stripes, with various additions to make him look more like his namesake. A red vuvuzela is strapped over his nose to mimic a mosquito's mouth part, and four wings (made from cardboard) are taped to the back of his sweater. He also wears red gloves and a grey belt over his chest, with the latter featuring a small pouch and several packets of ketchup. Mosquito is a "glass cannon" character, with high damage output and low health. His abilities allow him to hit multiple enemies at a time while healing himself and inflicting Gross Out on them, but they also tend to put him in range of extreme retaliation. He can also fly.

Mintberry Crunch was cowardly before realizing he had actual superpowers. After he learned he had actual superpowers, he became extremely heroic as well as brave. Mintberry Crunch has blond, bowl-cut hair. He wears a cyan t-shirt with three pink berries and a green, pointed leaf presumably painted, airbrushed, or stuck on. He also wears gray pants that are presumably painted or airbrushed green on the left side. His left sleeve has several (presumably) fake, green leaves protruding from it. He wears black shoes, however, one of his shoes is covered by a green, leaf-like article of clothing. Half of Mintberry Crunch's face is painted to resemble a pink berry. He also has a black stem protruding from the top center of his head. His power manifests as the power of flight, super strength and the ability to wield mint and berries as weapons.
