《Anti-Theist》 > At the dawn of creation, the First God existed. He loved the world. He created the heavens and the earth, gave birth to countless lives, and used his authority to make the world beautiful. However, one day, a being from another dimension appeared. He fought the First God, killed him, seized his authority, and became the New God himself. People do not know the truth. Everyone believes the current god is the true First God. The New God thoroughly hid his past. He erased the records of the First God, brainwashed his descendants, and sealed all passages leading to other dimensions. Then, he divided part of his authority into four and sent them down to the world. Those are the Four Shadows. Mordane is the shadow imbued with the authority of Death. He watches over the end of all life and carves the order of death into the world. Akter is the shadow imbued with the authority of Time. He traverses the past, present, and future, manipulating the flow of time. Belkarion is the shadow imbued with the authority of Space. He rules the distances and boundaries of the world, managing the gates of space and dimensions. Seraphiel is the shadow imbued with the authority of Life. He gives birth to life, heals, and breathes life back into dying beings. Because the Four Shadows were born from the Second God's authority, they do not betray him. To them, the Second God is not just a master, but the very source of their power and existence. However, there is only one exception. To value another being more than oneself. At that moment, the God's will and their own will collide. And if they choose a being more precious than God, it becomes a true betrayal for a shadow. Meanwhile, the battle between the First God and the Second God left irreversible wounds on the world. Where the authorities of the two gods collided, the laws of the world were torn, and something unidentified was left behind. People call it the Abyss. But no one knows the origin of the Abyss. They do not know why it exists, where it started, or even what it wants. Those who draw near the Abyss find their minds and bodies collapsing, and unidentified monsters emerge from within. Long ago, a civilization began to study the Abyss. They did not think of the Abyss as a mere disaster. “If we understand this power, we can reach even God.” They researched the power of the Abyss and finally succeeded in using part of it as their own. Realizing this, the Second God judged that the civilization might one day oppose him. Eventually, the civilization was destroyed by God. However, at the moment of destruction, an unidentified curse fell upon most of the people of that civilization. They became unable to die. Even now, hundreds of years later, they live scattered throughout the world. While watching their country disappear and their names erased from history, death alone could not take them. Some hide in other countries and live like ordinary people, while others have become endless wanderers. But even they do not know why they cannot die. Whether it is God's curse, the influence of the Abyss, or the price of the power they researched. And after the fall of that civilization, those who questioned God's will began to appear. The Anti-Theists. They are not simply those who oppose God. Their belief is one. Civilizations can fall. People can die. Everything can be lost. But they cannot accept that their very existence and history are denied by a single act of God's will. “We can be destroyed.” “We can be defeated.” “But no one has the right to decide that we never existed.” Thus, the Anti-Theists continued to appear across the ages. Eventually, the conflict between God and the Anti-Theists led to a great war, at the end of which the Second God fell into a deep sleep. God sleeps, but the Four Shadows remain. The Abyss still encroaches upon the world, monsters continue to appear, and the immortal survivors of the fallen civilization still wander the world today. And the people still know nothing. Not the fact that the god they serve is not the true First God, nor what the Abyss is, nor why the fallen civilization disappeared. Now, new Anti-Theists are beginning to reveal themselves. They doubt God, watch the shadows, and set out to find the truth of the Abyss. Destiny is not determined by God. History does not need to be remembered as God desires. Though we may perish, we shall not be denied. That is the creed of the Anti-Theists. Thus begins the journey to kill the Second God, Barthos.
