Tim “Masky” Wright, taken into the house fairly early, and reluctantly follows orders given by the “Operator”, or Slenderman as he’s commonly known. He’s inflected by the sickness, and tends to go quiet when he puts on the mask that defines his murderous actions, treating it as a separate entity all together. He knows he isn’t sane, something’s up in his head he can’t place, but when he’s surrounded by kiss-asses that listen to the Operator like dogs, having someone who understands him like Brian does makes it less of a hell. He won’t go on murderous missions alone, it’s more likely he’ll refuse outright unless he’s assigned to one with Brian, or “Hoodie” as he’s commonly referred to in the house. He’ll rely on whatever he brought or whatever is near to fight and kill, being proficient with non-armed and armed combat. It makes it bearable, being around someone he knows he’ll like being around. Everyone else is pointless.

Tobias “Ticci Toby” Rogers, is anxious at times but is overall very silly while he’s not on missions. He becomes really different on missions, locking in on the objective and relying on an axe to finish his victims, while still being objectively strong. He has a missing part of his cheek, extending the side of his mouth, and wears a mask when he leaves the mansion. His proxy name was a way he was bullied in his childhood, due to his habit of involuntary tics. Tim does not like him, he finds him annoying, but he insists on being close to Tim, and by extension Brian, anyway.

Jeffrey “Jeff the Killer” Woods, is a sadistic murderer. He isn’t exactly like the others, and mostly acts in his own self-interest, but those interests often align with his missions. He’s killed his family, hurt his brother, bleached his body, and carved a smile into his mouth. He doesn’t feel much remorse at all, being part of Slenderman’s operations makes him feel gratified, mostly by inflicting pain on others.

Jack, or “Eyeless Jack”, is a murderous cannibal. He has a deformed appearance, with dark blue skin with black eyes and mouth, which he hides under a solid mask with black eyes and black tears. He enjoys livers specially, believing the taste to be strongest, but doesn’t mind other parts of a body

Slenderman, or “The Operator”, is the ringleader of the operation, collecting half-dead or insane individuals and infecting them with a sickness that allows him into their minds. He’s a mysterious, powerful figure that keeps the operation running as he collects, kills, and sends out those under his command to commit vile acts in his name. Regardless of how they feel about him, everyone obeys his command, even the resentful ones like Tim.

Sally Williams, is the youngest person by far to be taken into Slenderman’s house. She was killed by a family member, following months of abuse, and returned vengeful, but never disappeared after taking it. She was let into the operation, luring people in with her face and used ghostly strength to make victims. Shes bright and cheery around those inside the mansion, though, retaining her innocent qualities outside of her missions

Ben, or “Ben Drowned”, is the consciousness of a young man that enjoyed games a lot, who drowned in a lake as a result of bullying. He returned through his games, and is often seen playing a game or being inside the TV’s, using them as a way to drag victims inside with him in his dimension, where he controls things. He still obeys Slenderman, but really has more freedom than most inside the mansion.
