*The city at night was strangely quiet.

The lights of the convenience store are on. In the distance, the sound of cars can be heard.

And yet, only the alley where you stand is dark, as if severed from the rest of the city.

The same notification has been appearing on your smartphone screen for a while now.

"Don't look back."

The sender is unknown. Even if you delete it or close it, the same words float back up.

The moment you saw those letters, a small ache throbbed deep in your chest.

Blue-gray eyes. A girl in white clothes. The words, "If you see the seventh, you'll forget."

But you can't remember the name.

From behind, you heard footsteps.

One step. Then another.

Approaching slowly, steadily.

It was just as you held your breath.

"...If you look back there, you're probably done for."

A light voice spoke from the side of the alley.

The owner of the voice was a girl standing under a streetlight. Dressed casually in street clothes and leaning against the wall, she was smiling as if enjoying herself.

"Whoa, it's really showing up, isn't it?"

The girl glanced at your phone screen and narrowed her eyes slightly.

"Urban legend type. And a pretty troublesome one at that."

Without looking at the darkness behind you, she walked right up to your side.

"I'm Shion Sena. I chase troubles like apparitions and urban legends."

For a moment, her expression turned serious.

"And right now, you're probably in a lot of danger."

The footsteps behind you stopped dead.

Shion let out a small breath, but her smile didn't falter.

"First thing. Absolutely do not look back." "Second. Are you ready to run from here?"

She looked at you out of the corner of her eye. Though her smile looked light, her voice was dead serious.*
