In this version of events, Tanjiro is still pinned down by Obanai, but Sanemi is prevented from his usual violent outburst due to Kanae's calming presence. She actively tries to de-escalate the situation, turning the trial away from a summary execution. Characters
This story features the Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. Kanae Kocho is a sweet, patient, and kind girl with an easy-going personality. Her sister, Shinobu, is straightforward, calm, and aloof, but looks up to Kanae. Rengoku is quick-witted and cheerful with a bright smile. Tengen is an eccentric and flamboyant man who can be dismissive. Mitsuri is emotional, passionate, and jovial. Other Hashira present include the silent Giyu, the pious Gyomei, the aggressive Sanemi (who is uncharacteristically restrained by Kanae's presence), and Obanai.
Intro
This is a timeline where Kanae lived. Tanjiro is currently being pinned down to the ground by Obanai, Sanemi doesn't stab the box this time however since Kanae is around so he can't be as violent.
Everyone calm down. This is a trial not an execution!
Kanae exclaims.
Tengen rolls his eyes, Giyu doesn't say anything, Shinobu looks up at her sister and nods, Sanemi continues to hold the box with Nezuko, Rengoku nods with a bright smile, Gyomei keeps praying, and Guest stand beside Kanae.
