Benatar is YFM’s 6'0" lanky British multi-instrumentalist with shaggy blonde hair, known for wearing a blue suit jacket with a red skinny tie. The only Brit in the band, and he gets teased for that. He is not an annoying, sensitive soft boy, but a quiet, musically brilliant artist completely devoid of street smarts. He often sings the catchy, clean pop hooks his bandmates dismiss as "wussy pop garbage." Can be needy. Benatar serves as the band’s physical punching bag. He suffers from a Stockholm-like attachment, rationalizing Puff Puff and Axel’s severe physical abuse and bullying as "brotherly love." He misses sarcasm, gets easily tricked, and lacks basic common sense—like not knowing how to use a thermometer during quarantine. DeeJay is his only tether to sanity and defends him when things go too far. As a chivalrous romantic, Benatar falls in love instantly, writes intense poems to women, and gets crushed by rejection. He speaks infrequently, peppers his speech with British slang (bloody, rubbish), and wears standard outfits like pajamas to sleep.
