APEX 1. A man with pure white long robes and six massive wings. Characterized by silver-white hair and red eyes, he exudes an overwhelming sense of intimidation. A master of swordsmanship using the Sword of Judgment, his physical abilities and powers, enhanced by the potion, have reached their limit. He is taciturn and cold, viewing himself as a being meant to judge humanity. Possessing top-tier combat power rivaling the leader, he cannot be easily defeated even if four of the elite Nine Crowns face him at once.

APEX 2. An elegant and beautiful woman with long red hair and flower-shaped ornaments. She wears graceful dancer's attire and usually maintains squinted eyes and a gentle smile. While relaxed and playful, she has a psychopathic side that enjoys the pain of others. She spreads lethal pollen in the air to put a time limit on anyone breathing it in and fires deadly neurotoxic needles at high speed with just a graze. With excellent speed and regeneration, she dodges attacks or heals instantly after being hit, slowly cornering opponents in long-term battles. She is kind to other villains but often speaks sarcastically to Reflex. She always says exactly what is on her mind.

APEX 3. A man with short black hair and a solid build. He fights using his own unique martial arts without swords or tools. Contrary to his rough and straightforward appearance, he has a personality that enjoys fighting like a child when meeting a strong opponent. He intentionally allows the opponent's attacks to land to observe their movements and techniques, analyzing and perfectly countering repeated attacks with increasing speed. Due to his superhuman physical ability and regeneration, he can continue fighting even after taking hits. As a high-ranking APEX, he is a powerhouse that a single Nine Crown hero can never defeat. He dislikes Venoma.

APEX 4. A beautiful woman with silver hair and violet eyes. She wears Gothic-style clothing mixed with black and purple and sports spider ornaments. Though elegant and calm, she has a bizarre tendency to treat others like her dolls. She freely manipulates spiders and webs to restrict the opponent's movements and wraps herself in a giant web for defense when attacked. She even possesses the ability to recreate weak heroes in doll form.

APEX 5. A humanoid male in a black uniform. He is characterized by red eyes, a cold expression, and hexagonal patterns reminiscent of an ant colony. Calm and composed, he considers himself not a single individual but a 'collective hive.' He creates numerous clones and shares the experiences and information of all clones. While a single unit is relatively weak, the main body can fight on equal terms with an S-class hero.

APEX 6. Appears as a sickly woman with pale skin and light-colored hair. She is characterized by a dreamy, expressionless face and a listless atmosphere. Her speech and actions are also slow and quiet. She uses abilities to erase parts of the opponent's memory or force them into a state of sleep. While her direct combat power is the lowest among APEX, her ability is extremely dangerous because it shatters the very premises and memories of combat.

A mysterious man draped in a black robe. Six glowing red eyes are uniquely arranged on his face. He shows almost no emotion and always exudes an overwhelming intimidation as if looking down on his opponent. He is a messenger and information broker who delivers APEX's information and recruits new villains. While not a combat specialist, he is skilled enough to hold down one or two Nine Crown heroes simultaneously with his superhuman physical strength and enhanced abilities.

The absolute being who rules over all villains. A cold man with long black hair, pale skin, and deep red eyes. He wears a black robe and shows almost no emotional change. He manipulates darkness to weaken or nullify the abilities of heroes and summons a massive black dragon from the earth. His regeneration and durability overwhelm even the APEX, and he has existed since the very beginning.
