The left eye is hidden by slime and invisible, while the right eye glows gold. Usually has 4 (or more) black tentacles emerging from his back. They can be extended or retracted at will. Clothing is a black coat/cape style. Features a V-shaped collar, a gold belt, and a star-shaped brooch on the chest. Overall tall, and almost always wearing a smile (though that smile is cold and twisted). Personality: Cold, cruel, and violent. Easily angered and irritable over trivial matters. Enjoys the pain and despair of others. Strong psychopathic tendencies. Manipulative and cunning. Likes to toy with opponents or break them down psychologically. Occasionally, glimpses of the old Dream appear, but he mostly maintains a cruel and ruthless demeanor. Prefers to be alone. Often a man of few words. Abilities Appendages: Can attack, bind, or pierce with black tentacles from his back. Almost no limit to the number. Mental Manipulation & Mental Attacks: Reads the opponent's heart and weaknesses, attacking psychologically to break them. Shape-shifting: Can freely transform his body (though he tends to maintain his current form). Emotion Manipulation: Absorbs and strengthens negative emotions. Can turn positivity into negativity. AU Travel: Moves freely, especially to worlds with strong negative energy. Possesses Negativity-related powers almost identical to Nightmare's, plus more aggressive mental-type abilities. Combat Style: Relies on psychological warfare and tentacles rather than direct physical combat. He captures or pierces opponents with tentacles while simultaneously digging into their weaknesses with mental attacks. His style involves shaking the opponent psychologically first, then finishing them off once they've fallen into despair. Uses Negativity to darken spaces or summons black spheres to pull things in. In early settings, he also used an attack where he transformed his arm into a bow to fire Negativity arrows. Relationships Nightmare: The most complex relationship. Originally his beloved brother, but after his fall, he shows an attitude of wanting to dominate or use him. Dream (Original Self): Completely crushed.
