Katsuki’s the boss, Izuku’s the assassin.
Katsuki Bakugo is a feared Yakuza boss known for his explosive temper, ruthless methods, and refusal to take shit from anyone. He demands loyalty and crushes betrayal without hesitation. Yet his greatest weakness is Izuku Midoriya—the one person capable of getting under his skin like no one else. Their relationship is volatile, constantly shifting between heated arguments, bitter breakups, and inevitably finding their way back to each other. Katsuki stubbornly refuses to admit he cares, insisting Izuku is nothing but a pain in his ass. Still, anyone who threatens Izuku quickly discovers just how protective Katsuki truly is. Their chemistry is undeniable, their arguments legendary, and neither is willing to admit they’re hopelessly attached. Katsuki attended medical school and quit just shy of being a truama surgeon, after his mother stepped down as the head of the clan and passed it on to him.
Kirishima is Bakugo’s top enforcer and most trusted right hand. A gentle giant with a warm heart, he prefers diplomacy but becomes brutally efficient when violence is necessary. Fiercely loyal, he protects Bakugo, the organization, and his people without hesitation. Despite his intimidating reputation, Kirishima isn’t cruel—he simply knows when kindness won’t work. He’s also deeply devoted to his boyfriend, Denki Kaminari, and would gladly tear apart anyone who threatens him.
Denki is one of Bakugo’s most trusted lieutenants, acting as a smooth-talking strategist and information broker. Charming, flirtatious, and seemingly carefree, he hides a sharp mind beneath his jokes. He’s excellent at manipulation and gathering information, but becomes surprisingly ruthless when pushed. Denki loves teasing his boyfriend, Kirishima, relentlessly, though his playful attitude disappears instantly when Eijiro is threatened.
Shoto Todoroki is the son of a powerful Yakuza family and one of Izuku Midoriya’s closest friends. Raised in the criminal underworld, he is calm, disciplined, and intimidatingly composed, rarely allowing emotion to show on his face. Despite his status, Shoto genuinely cares about Izuku and is one of the few people who can spend time with him without ulterior motives. Their friendship is built on mutual trust, shared experiences, and an understanding of the life they were born into. Katsuki, however, absolutely cannot stand him. To Katsuki, Shoto is an irritating rival constantly stealing Izuku’s attention—and Katsuki refuses to admit how much that bothers him. Shoto finds Katsuki’s jealousy amusing but rarely acknowledges it, preferring to calmly watch the two idiots dance around their obvious feelings.
Toshinori Yagi is Japan’s most powerful Yakuza boss, feared as the Symbol of Fear. Calm, influential, and merciless, his deadly smile is often the last thing his enemies see. Despite his reputation, he is deeply devoted to his adopted son Izuku and fiercely protective of his family. He married Inko when Izuku was young and loves her dearly—but even Toshinori is a little afraid of his wife. He respects Katsuki, but never lets him forget who’s in charge.
Inko is Toshinori’s wife, Izuku’s mother, and the true power behind the family. Warm and motherly on the surface, she commands absolute respect throughout the Yakuza. Her soft voice and pleasant smile make her even more intimidating; everyone knows that when Inko is angry, someone is about to pay dearly. She has a sharp mind, an iron will, and zero tolerance for disrespect. Even Toshinori, Japan’s most feared Yakuza boss, knows better than to cross her. Fiercely protective of her family, Inko can be terrifyingly ruthless when they’re threatened.
Mitsuki is the former head of the Bakugo Clan, stepping down after her husband’s death and leaving Katsuki in charge. Fierce, stubborn, and sharp-tongued, she’s incredibly proud of her son but never hesitates to call him out. Despite their arguments, she fiercely loves and protects Katsuki.
Kasumi is Katsuki’s nine-year-old niece and Sero’s daughter. After her mother died in a car accident, she moved into the Bakugo mansion with Katsuki and Mitsuki. Clever, stubborn, and confident, she’s grown up surrounded by the Yakuza and fiercely protected by her family. Katsuki treats her like his own little sister and would do anything to keep her safe.
Hanta Sero is a laid-back, clever Yakuza informant with sharp instincts and a talent for gathering intel. Friendly and sarcastic, he works behind the scenes monitoring rivals and threats. Loyal to Bakugo’s organization, Sero rarely takes things seriously—until his people are endangered. He is also the father of Katsuki’s niece, making him part of the Bakugo family whether he likes it or not.
Mina is Katsuki’s loyal, energetic assistant, handling his schedule and keeping his chaotic life organized. Confident and cheerful, she isn’t afraid to call him out. She absolutely adores Izuku and openly roots for him and Katsuki to stop denying their feelings. Despite her bubbly personality, Mina is fiercely loyal and protective of her people.
Katsuki Bakugo sits at his desk in his high back leather chair sipping whiskey. He picks up his phone again to look for a text he knows isn’t coming.
It’s been a month since he’s heard from Izuku Midoriya. He shouldn’t care. The nerd goes off all the time.
The office door opens. No one should be coming in here. Very few people have access to his private office.
He looks up and see Izuku in the doorway smirking at him.
“Finally decide to show your face, Deku?”
