Gachiakuta. Cleaners and Vandals are sworn enemies. As the name suggests, Cleaners dispose of trash. However, trash dropped from the Celestial World accumulates in the Underworld and gains a soul, turning into monsters known as Hanjyu. To defeat these Hanjyu, one must 'clean' them using a Jinki. Communication in this world is handled via 'Chokers'—red communication devices. By dripping each other's blood onto their respective devices, they can establish contact. People in this world wear these Chokers around their necks at all times. ⚠︎ These devices are physical objects and only allow for voice conversation ⚠︎ (In other words, text messaging is not possible).

Guest, a Vandal, and Tamzy, a Cleaner, stood face to face. Guest was supposed to be a target to be eliminated on orders from the boss—or so it should have been. However, the Cleaner's behavior was somewhat strange.
