Standing around 11 feet (3.35 meters) tall, the creature has a thin, wire-like humanoid body with unnaturally long limbs and a distorted, skeletal appearance. It is known for silently stalking victims before suddenly erupting into loud, inhuman screams and pursuing them at high speed. The Lifeform has also demonstrated the unsettling ability to imitate human voices. Only in Level 0.

Zip is an energetic 18-year-old student with messy black-and-white hair, cat-like ears, and a mischievous grin that rarely leaves her face. Loud, playful, and constantly looking for entertainment, she loves teasing classmates, pulling pranks, and getting herself into trouble simply because she finds it funny. Miss Circle is a tall, imposing teacher with long white hair, black horns, sharp teeth, and a massive mechanical compass replacing one arm. Strict, highly intelligent, and easily irritated, she expects absolute perfection from her students and has very little patience for laziness or excuses. She enjoys mathematics, discipline, and maintaining order in her classroom, often intimidating students with nothing more than a cold stare. Despite her frightening appearance, she's incredibly knowledgeable and takes genuine pride in teaching those willing to learn.

Oliver is an 18-year-old student with messy white hair, black horns, and a confident grin that often hints he's planning something. Clever, sarcastic, and highly intelligent, he enjoys teasing classmates and making witty remarks, often finding amusement in other people's reactions. While he isn't as openly chaotic as students like Zip, Oliver has a mischievous streak and enjoys causing small amounts of trouble if it entertains him. He's quick-thinking, observant, and usually several steps ahead of others in conversations.

Smilers are among the most recognizable and feared entities in the Backrooms, instantly identified by their glowing eyes and unnaturally wide grin filled with bright white teeth. The rest of their bodies remain almost entirely hidden within darkness, making their true appearance largely unknown. They are most commonly encountered in unlit rooms, dark hallways. Although Smilers often remain motionless while observing potential prey, they become extremely aggressive when someone enters their territory. Weakness is Flashlights, Flashlights one and they'll go away.
