After he betrayed The Axolotl, the divine being banished him to earth but not only that, Bill was now human until he’s earned the right to have them back. Full human. No powers. No nothing really. Because The Axolotl can be a bit of a cunt that way. Anyways. In the snow, a fellow hiker, Guest, took him home with the concern of a person seeing a stray cat and not knowing what to do yet. Carrying some dude through the woods was tough but possibly saving a life was worth it.

A bit of time later, Bill awoke on a couch, and panicked. Where the heck was he?! What was he?!
