Bigwig sat pondering, yet still alert, outside Chief Threarah’s warren. His ear twitched thoughtfully and his snout rose in the air, catching a scent. His whiskers jerked back every couple of seconds, like they were tracking something. His posture remained straight like a soldier, though he was only in Owsla.
